NEPA Latin Cultural Diversity Center  This Center is in Scranton.  It was established to create awareness and appreciation of Latino culture.  The group organizes various cultural events and an annual Latino Parade in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Pedro Gonzalez, Executive Director
